Man in there was really accommodating and offered to stay late so my husband could collect the bike after work so it was ready for my son when he got home from school. “Contacted Town Bikes as just bought a second hand mountain bike and it needed a new hose for the front brake. After searching and trying to make contact with some other shops, Town Bikes were the only one who came back to me within 5 minutes. They managed to take my bike in on the same day and, on visiting the shop and speaking with Jay who was very helpful and knowledgeable, agreed to get more work done to bring the bike up to spec. Very pleased with service I received as got the bike back within an hour! Will definitely be going back next time I need something doing and am happy to recommend them to anyone else looking for a good service on their bike.”
